Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Due to preparation time, staffing arrangements, and resource planning, payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

If Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation is required to cancel a session, clients will be offered:

• an alternative date, or
• a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by the client after confirmation unless agreed in exceptional circumstances.
