These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation.
By making an enquiry, booking a service, or participating in training sessions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enquiry and Booking
All services are offered on an enquiry-only basis. Training details including dates, group size, fees, and delivery format will be agreed via email before confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation has been provided and full payment has been received.

2. Payments
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment is required to secure training dates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances. Where possible, alternative dates will be offered.
Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

4. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from training without refund.

5. Safeguarding and Duty of Care
Safeguarding policies are in place for all sessions involving children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Concerns will be managed in line with safeguarding procedures.

6. Liability
Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation takes all reasonable steps to deliver safe and professional training. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions.

7. Accreditation and Certification
Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation provides professional training and CPD-style learning for development purposes. Unless explicitly stated in writing, our training programmes do not constitute nationally accredited qualifications or formal certifications.
Any certificates of participation or completion issued are for professional development and attendance purposes only.
