Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation is an enquiry-based training service. All bookings are arranged through email communication and confirmed in writing before any training takes place.

We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries, organise training sessions, and communicate about bookings. This may include names, organisation details, email addresses, phone numbers, and event requirements. Your information is never shared with third parties and is used solely for training and communication purposes.

All session dates, fees, and delivery formats are agreed in advance by email. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Beyond Limits Learning & Facilitation reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances. Where possible, alternative dates will be offered.

Due to preparation, staffing, and resource allocation, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
